Chat moderator (m / f / d) for German and US projects

As a Chat Moderator, you're responsible in answering questions. You play different roles and ensure high quality dialogues based on the knowledge you have.

What you're responsible of:

text chatting with our clients
listening to what they have to say
showing empathy

What we expect:

flexibility in fast changing roles, getting into it quickly
perfect orthography and grammar in English and / or German
being fast on your keyboard (minimum 300 keystrokes per minute)
having a basic understanding of how a computer works
having a stable internet connection
a microphone (for the interview between you and us)
a laptop or computer
18+ years old

Customer: "I'm lonely and I have much time. Are you free tonight"? Kunde: "Ich bin alleine und habe viel Zeit. Hast du heute Abend Zeit"?
